Little more than 24 hrs after my initial website inquiry, I was meeting with the pilot (James D.) at my project site some two hours south of DFW; pilot was fully responsive to my requests, and completed two (2) site aerials within an hour. The videos and still shots were then edited by Wayne overnight, and I had my completed videos/photos less than 48 hours from my initial contact. Work was fully professional, top quality, could not have been a smoother experience.
