Drone-based aerial surveying is now a standard tool for capturing high-accuracy geospatial data across construction, civil
engineering, land development, mining, and infrastructure projects. Using commercial unmanned aerial systems (UAS) equipped
with stabilized high-resolution sensors and RTK/PPK GNSS positioning, we collect dense, measurable site data that supports
planning, design validation, and progress verification with speed and repeatability.
Compared to traditional field-only methods, drone surveying reduces time on site while increasing data density—helping teams
make better decisions from a current, objective view of existing conditions. Outputs can integrate directly into CAD, GIS,
and BIM workflows to support engineering analysis, volumetrics, and reporting.

Drone aerial surveys can achieve centimeter-level accuracy when flown using real-time kinematic (RTK) or
post-processed kinematic (PPK) GNSS positioning and supported by surveyed ground control points (GCPs).

Drone surveying reduces the need for survey crews to operate in hazardous or inaccessible environments while delivering
faster turnaround times and higher data density.
